About us
CreateIP has an enviable reputation for providing intelligent and dependable advice on all matters related to intellectual property (IP). We were founded in 2009 by patent attorney Robert Snoep to offer our customers a service that is lacking in larger firms - a personal approach to IP advice with agreed costs and deliverables. In 2011, IP Specialist Lisa Kauke and Paralegal Amanda Smith became part of the team.

Whether we work for you in-house, or from our office in Christchurch New Zealand, we provide all IP attorney counsel and advice from start up assessment and IP strategy through to filing and obtaining IP rights. We have a strategic approach that is also cost effective. We use searching tools to learn where you stand including tracking competitors and technology trends. Through our networks, we can also assist with providing litigation and commercialisation advice.
Our mission is to maximise value by creating IP strategies that ensure our New Zealand customers prosper from their ideas locally and off-shore.
