Season's Greetings
Christmas is nearly upon us and we want to wish everyone a joyous holiday season and prosperous new year. For the team here it has been a challenging year dealing with life-changing earthquakes. Personally, my wife and I have ended the year on a high with the birth of our second child Samuel.
Business continues to be very strong for CreateIP, and we are searching for new staff – if you know of a patent attorney looking to be part of a fast growing team, please get in touch.
We’re also regularly updating our Facebook page with opinions and IP news tidbits – please “like” our page if you haven’t already.
Recent postings include:
- The Radler beer trade mark dispute
- AMI’s “my” campaign battle
- Mapua Community Library vs US Corporation.
Please note our office will be closed from 12pm 23 December 2011, reopening 5 January 2012. If you need something urgently during that period, ring (+64) 21 422232.
In lieu of Christmas cards, CreateIP has opted to make a donation to Surf Life Saving NZ – because we like to play in the sea and they do a great job of keeping us all safe. We hope you enjoy this newsletter, and look forward to catching up again in the new year.
Till next time, take care and happy holidays,
Robert Snoep
