Enforcing your rights is sometimes necessary. Usually a simple letter can resolve matters, but sometimes a more rigorous approach is required. Either way CreateIP can assist by providing initial advice of infringement and help with further steps typically by creating a virtual litigation team by using other litigation experts in your field.  Unlike larger firms, we can pick and choose the right experts for your situation.

Likewise, we will also advise you if any of your activities infringe a third party IP holder’s rights, and provide preliminary advice on the validity of these rights. This is often a fundamental first step in new product development, often termed ‘freedom to operate’.

If required, we will instruct and work with the third parties to conduct litigation proceedings and/or opinions on your behalf.
